Hi Tom,
I just wanted to thank you again for a great baseball tour. I have never had such personalized service on a tour and I really appreciate all the things you did and the time you took. I know it wasn't easy making arrangements for handicapped people, especially when there were12 other healthy customers on the tour. Everyone was so thoughtful.
Benjamin was ecstatic. He said "that was really fun", which for him is quite vocal.

Dear Tom,
We all had such a wonderful time on the trip. So many good memories. I look forward to the merging of photos and a possible reunion. So many good stories to re-tell our family members that weren’t there. Thanks gain for creating such a wonderful combination of experiences for us – from climbing on ancient ruins, to playing with the Mayan children, to exploring underground caves, to blessings by the shaman to swimming in the golf waters. Not bad for a weeks work. It honestly took me a couple of days to plug back in – I was resisting as long as I could!

I felt bad, because I realized I didn't formally say goodbye to you! I wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time! ... I had taken some very nice photos that I thought some of the others might like to have.

I have been raving about our recent trip to Costa Rica here in my office. Raving so much that I think I might have talked the fellow in the office next to me into taking a trip through Generations. I think that Bruce's wife might have already been in touch with you. .... All of the experiences we will be sharing were fantastic. The Pura Vida vacation was everything I expected and more. I was so impressed! Carla, Ben & Christian (the driver) were exceptional as were the other guests as well.
Thank you so much for all of the care & attention you put into this trip, it was quite evident. Our extension was also very well orchestrated and very much enjoyed.

The staff at the Swissotel, onboard the Legend and our Quito guide, Natalie, were most accommodating. The guides adapted information to the kid’s level as well as adults. The whole adventure was incredible – I could not praise the trip enough.

We had a fabulous whale-watching experience (they came up to the boat and practically begged to be petted) ... I really appreciated how kind and attentive all the support staff were. In addition to the whales, I think the kids really enjoyed how upbeat, helpful and fun our guides were. Sabrina and Jose Juan could not have been nicer or more enthusiastic.

What a wonderful opportunity you created for me to spend time with my grandchildren! It is so difficult to arrange schedules for quality family time in our busy lives, especially when some of them live so far away. A few of my grandchildren are teenagers and they seem way too busy to visit. However, your recent tour to Costa Rica allowed me to spend time with three of my seven grandchildren, and it was great.
I plan to take another trip with you soon. I just don’t know if it will be Mexico or Peru. Thank you for the priceless memories.”
